3rd May gathered wine professionals in the Texas Wine School Houston. During the first Seminar in the 2nd year of implementation of the EU funded Europe Shares project guests had the chance to learn more about PGI/PDO schemes and the history of one the oldest winemaking region in the world – Thracian Lowlands, and taste wines from both international and unique indigenous varieties.
